55 Water is your classic FIDI office building. They had a few full-floor opportunities opening up and wanted a brand update to help show off all the new amenities and what a great area this is to be in. One of the coolest parts of 55 Water is their public outdoor space which is one acre elveated above FDR Dr. with great views of the East River and Brooklyn. You can see this highlighted in the logo.
